Working on Australia’s most loved and trusted brand kept me very busy with my writing duties covering every conceivable channel. Deadlines were always tight, but this pushed me to think quicker and smarter.
I also wrote, directed, shot, and edited video content for suppliers, the Bunnings website and various social channels. These all had limited budgets, which called for an understanding about what can and can’t be done for the money, without compromising on the creative idea or production values.
I even co-directed the famous ‘Red Shirts’ TV commercials where I was responsible for interviewing countless Bunnings team members. And no, they weren’t actors.
